Somehow, we just let our supply of Ionix Supreme run out. You CAN tell a difference. It just goes to show you "You never know how really good you can feel until you really feel good." On top of not having the energizing effect of Ionix in the morning, it has become my nightcap as well, and I can also tell a difference in how much more restful my sleep is with it.
