Somehow, we just let our supply of Ionix Supreme run out. You CAN tell a difference. It just goes to show you "You never know how really good you can feel until you really feel good." On top of not having the energizing effect of Ionix in the morning, it has become my nightcap as well, and I can also tell a difference in how much more restful my sleep is with it. We didn't get a chance to meet in person, but that is my goal at the August celebration at the Mandalay Bay. I stumbled across your blog by accident. I loved reading your archives. You are giving hope to many overweight people. I myself started at 211 lbs, a size 18/20 and now am an 8/10, but wanting to get down to a size 3/5. I have hit a temporary plateau but am grateful to have found Isagenix and to be in such a high vibrational company. Keep up the terrific work. You are awesome. Hugs!
